The treatment of congenital facial malformations is complex and usually requires a multidisciplinary team of people to handle the same which includes Plastic Surgeons, Neurosurgeons, Otolaryngologist, Pediatrician, Speech and Hearing Specialist, Dentist, and Facial Prosthesis. Each specialist participated according to the deformity which is being treated always having as the head of the team the Plastic Surgeon. Usually different surgeries and treatments are required which are programmed according to the age and development of the patient. Each patient must first be evaluated by the Plastic Surgeon who will program the treatment and the different phases and references for the evaluation and care by the other specialists of the multidisciplinary team.
